Sand and Opal Necklace

 INSPIRATION 

Inspired by the rest, relaxation, adventure and entertainment the beach brings.  I hope that these pieces remind you of how you felt about the beach as a little one.  It's so fun to tap into our inner child and get excited about the idea of finding a beautiful seashell, building a sand castle or going for a swim.  

Inspired by the excitement of finding a beautiful piece of beach glass within the sand. This necklace started with an irregular shaped rose cut opal.  To keep the focus on the beautiful stone I created a sand textured setting to hold it.
