Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

All items under "made to order" will be delivered between 4-6 weeks. As soon as you place your order we get to work carefully crafting your special piece and ship it out to you just as soon as it's ready.

Items that are a part of the "ready-to-ship" collection will ship within 1 week of your order date, rings may take up to 10 days if sizing is required

 

We are happy to offer Flat Rate shipping.

Canadian Orders:

Under $100 = $10 

Items are shipped with tracking and insurance through Canada Post.

$100 - $1000 = Free Shipping 

Items are shipped with tracking and insurance through Canada Post.

 $1000 and over = Free Shipping

Items are shipped with Fed ex and are insured.

 

U.S. and International Orders: 

Under $1500 = $25

Items are shipped with tracking and insurance through Canada Post.

Over $1500 = Free Shipping   

Items are shipped with tracking and insurance through Canada Post or by Fed ex.

Returns

If you are for any reason not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer a 14 day exchange policy.

Our terms are:

To arrange an exchange please email info@kathrynrebecca.com:

·       your name and address

·       the product you are returning and the reason for return

·       whether you require a gift card for the amount or which item you would like as the exchange/replacement.

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

All products to be returned must be carefully re-packaged in their original packaging and be in unworn condition. We will not exchange items that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. In this case, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

Please note, returning the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the item. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. If you would like some suggestions on who to send the package with please contact us at info@kathrynrebecca.com.  

If you are returning an item to us for exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your mailing costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent by mistake or was damaged (we must be informed of any errors and/or damages within 7 days of receipt).

Excluded from our exchange policy are:      

·       any item custom made for you and/or customized for you.  Although many Kathryn Rebecca pieces are made to order any piece that is not listed as an option under our products is considered a custom order.    

Please keep in mind, when it comes to rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. We are happy to re-size rings that have been mistakenly ordered in the wrong size, but this will be subject to a charge dependent on the work involved.
