Delivery and Returns/Refunds
Shipping costs within Canada are $10.00 - Items are shipped with Canada post and your tracking # will be sent to you once the item has been shipped out.
Shipping costs to the U.S. are $20.00 - Items are shipped with Canada post and your tracking # will be sent to you once the item has been shipped out.
International shipment charges are dependent on where you are located. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing an item and we will let you know how much shipping charges will be.
Each piece ordered is specially made just for you. As a result most items will be delivered within 4-6 weeks. If you need a piece for a specific date we will always do our best to accommodate you. Please just add a little note when checking out.

If you are for any reason not entirely satisfied with your purchase
We are happy to offer a 14 day exchange policy.
Our terms are:
To arrange an exchange please email email@example.com:
· your name and address
· the product you are returning and the reason for return
· whether you require a giftcard for the amount or exchange/replacement
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
All products to be returned must be carefully re-packaged in their original packaging and be in unworn condition. We will not exchange items that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. In this case, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.
Please note, returning the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the item. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. If you would like some suggestions on who to send the package with please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are returning an item to us for exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your mailing costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent by mistake or was damaged (we must be informed of any errors and/or damages within 7 days of receipt).
Excluded from our exchange policy are:
· any piece which was custom made for you and/or customized for you. Although all Kathryn Rebecca pieces are made to order any piece that is not listed as an option under our products is considered a custom order.
Please keep in mind, when it comes to Rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. We are happy to re-size rings that have been mistakenly ordered in the wrong size, but this will be subject to a charge dependent on the work involved.
